RETURNS & REFUNDS

Every piece we ship has been carefully verified and packed. However, we understand that sometimes things do not go as expected.

When do we accept a return?

Since we work with unique pieces and limited inventory, all sales are final except in the following cases:

The item arrives with damage caused during shipping
The item received does not match the description or photos shown in the store

We do not accept returns due to change of mind, selecting the wrong size, or any other reason outside the cases mentioned above.

How to report an issue

You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to report any issue. To do so:

Include your order number
Attach clear photos of the issue

We will review your case and respond as soon as possible.

How do we process the refund?

Once the issue has been confirmed, we will process a full refund to the original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your bank or payment platform, usually between 3 and 10 business days.

Return shipping costs

If the return is due to an error on our part or damage during shipping, we will cover the full cost of the return shipping.
